Organisational Training & Consultancy

Christine Doyle’s work exploring the lived Autistic experience has reached over 1.5 million people online, sparking conversations about the social cost of being Autistic and late identification in adults.

Understanding the Autistic Experience at Work

As conversations around inclusion deepen, many organisations want to better support neurodivergent employees. What is often missing, however, is a clear understanding of the lived experience behind terms like masking, burnout, and capacity.

My work focuses on translating lived Autistic experience into language organisations can understand — helping leaders, HR teams, and colleagues move beyond awareness toward practical understanding and psychologically safer workplaces.

Drawing on lived Autistic experience, professional insight, and research, I explore themes such as late identification in adults, the social cost of masking, nervous system capacity, and the often overlooked intersection between hormonal transitions and neurodivergent wellbeing.

The aim is not simply awareness, but a deeper understanding of how working environments can better support Autistic employees to contribute sustainably.

Speaker & Training Topics

Sessions can be delivered as a keynote (60–90 minutes), half-day or full-day programme.

Common topics include:

The Social Experience of Being Autistic

Understanding why Autistic communication and honesty are often misinterpreted in workplaces.

Masking, Burnout & Nervous System Capacity

The hidden effort many neurodivergent employees expend to fit workplace norms — and the cost this can carry.

Late-Identification in Adults

Why many neurodivergent professionals are only recognising their neurotype later in life and how organisations can respond supportively.

Understanding Neurodiversity Through Language

How the language we use shapes understanding, inclusion, and psychological safety for neurodivergent people.

Psychological Safety & Disclosure

Creating environments where authenticity is safer than performance.

Hormones & the Neurodivergent Experience

How hormonal changes across the lifespan can interact with neurodivergent capacity and workplace wellbeing.

Sessions are interactive, grounded, and designed to translate lived experience into language that leaders, HR teams, and colleagues can understand and apply.
