2. Orders and payments
All prices are displayed in euro (€). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, I will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative or refund.
I reserve the right to update product information and prices. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.
3. FREE RANGE physical products
FREE RANGE is a creative collection celebrating individuality, colour and doing life differently.
Every effort is made to represent products accurately through photographs and descriptions.
Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Some handmade products may also have small variations that are part of their individual character.
These variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
4. Delivery and shipping
Orders are dispatched from Ireland.
Delivery is currently available to selected destinations in Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe, as indicated at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the products ordered and the delivery destination. The total delivery cost will be displayed before payment.
FREE RANGE prints are prepared to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and are additional to this preparation period.
Other products are generally dispatched within 3–5 working days, subject to availability. If there is an unexpected delay, I will contact you.
I will take reasonable care to package items securely, particularly fragile products.
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact christine@christinedoyle.ie so I can help resolve the issue.
Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.
5. Local collection
Free local collection in Wexford is available for eligible orders.
If you select local collection at checkout, I will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time and provide the collection details.
Please wait for confirmation before travelling to collect your order.
6. Returns and cancellations – physical products
I hope you love your FREE RANGE purchase. However, I understand that sometimes something may not be right.
Changing your mind
For most physical products purchased online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please email christine@christinedoyle.ie within that period, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage.
Returned products should be handled with reasonable care and packaged securely.
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, I will refund the price paid and the applicable standard outward delivery charge. Refunds will be made within the legally required timeframe, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. I may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
Personalised products
Certain goods made to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
This exception does not automatically apply to every item prepared or printed after an order is placed. Any applicable exception will be identified before purchase.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible, preferably with photographs and your order number.
I will work with you to arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
7. Purchases made in person
Products purchased directly from a physical shop or pop-up are subject to your statutory consumer rights.
A change-of-mind refund or exchange for an in-person purchase is not automatically required by law, although I may agree to one at my discretion.
Faulty or incorrectly described goods remain covered by your statutory rights.
8. Digital resources and courses
Digital products and educational resources are provided for the personal use of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
You may access, download or print materials where the product description permits this.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly share or commercially exploit purchased content without prior written permission.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, the statutory cancellation rules may differ from those applying to physical goods. Any request for immediate access and any applicable loss of cancellation rights will be explained and agreed to during the purchase process where required by law.
If you experience a technical problem accessing purchased content, please email christine@christinedoyle.ie.
Your statutory rights relating to digital content and services remain unaffected.
9. Workshops, programmes and individual services
Details of workshops, programmes and individual sessions, including prices, dates, duration and format, will be provided at the time of booking.
Any specific booking, cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be communicated before purchase and will apply alongside these Terms, subject to your statutory rights.
If you have concerns about a course or service you have purchased, please contact me so we can discuss an appropriate resolution.
10. Intellectual property
All original writing, artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, course materials, recordings, logos and other creative content on this website remain the intellectual property of Christine Doyle or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright in its design or artwork.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, resold or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
For permission enquiries, contact christine@christinedoyle.ie.
11. Website information
I make reasonable efforts to keep the website, product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate and up to date.
Occasionally, errors or technical difficulties may occur. Where an error affects an order, I will contact you to discuss the available options.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Privacy
Personal information provided when placing an order or making an enquiry will be handled in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the website, products, services or legal requirements.
