Self-Care Women’s Circle


My Self-Care Women’s Circle is a space for you to return to you. Once a fortnight take time for you to pause, reflect and reset, to return to who you truly are.


I run a self-care women’s circle on Monday evenings from 7:30 – 8:30 in Barntown Community Centre. In this space, we acknowledge and let go of the noise, the thoughts and to-do lists, the worries, and the busyness. We take time to connect with ourselves through mediation and self-care-focused journalling. I offer a brief coaching talk on one self-care theme in each circle. As we leave, we take time to reset our intention for the week ahead.

This is a space for you to return to who you truly are with compassion and intention.
